How Personal Training Flows
Consult
We offer a free 20 minute consult in person or over the phone to learn more about you and your health goals. If you decide to get started with a Westside Coach (no pressure, take your time as we know it’s a big commitment!) you will then book a time with us for your first paid session. This session includes the ASSESSMENT and setting up times to train weekly. Pricing for Personal Training.
Assessment
In the ASSESSMENT we begin with your body composition testing. We then take you through movement testing for structural balance, cardiovascular endurance and more. Once the assessment is completed your coach then designs a program for you based on the assessment results and your personal goals. You will also be emailed your body composition results, your health score, and nutritional and lifestyle suggestions.
Training
Let the fun begin! You will meet weekly with your coach who will take you through a program designed specifically for YOU and that will keep you moving one step closer to your goals while cheering you on! They will continue to keep you and themselves accountable weekly by re-testing certain movements, body composition, following up on nutritional and lifestyle habits and more. Each session is 60 minutes long. You can book as many sessions as you like weekly.
