Starter Package

Best for those who are starting nutrition coaching for the first time.

  • One on one coaching

  • Custom nutrition guide suited to your knowledge base (hand portions, plate guide, macronutrient counting)

  • Custom progressive workout plan

  • Weekly habit building and progress tracking

  • Weekly online or in person check-ins (30 minutes)

  • 24/7 e-mail access

  • Minimum of 3 month commitment. 

  • $250 first month; $150 per month after (plus tax)

Lifestyle Package

Best for those who have a thorough understanding of nutrition and following portions and/or macronutrients

  • Includes a 60 minute consultation to discuss your background and short- and long-term goals

  • 3 phases of macronutrients for fat loss or muscle gain

  • Custom 3 day meal plan rotation (12 meals total)

  • 3 monthly check ins via email

  • 3 body composition test check ins

  • One time payment $300 (plus tax)
