Best for those who are starting nutrition coaching for the first time.
One on one coaching

$250 first month; $150 per month after (plus tax)
Lifestyle Package
Best for those who have a thorough understanding of nutrition and following portions and/or macronutrients.
Includes a 60 minute consultation to discuss your background and short- and long-term goals
3 phases of macronutrients for fat loss or muscle gain
Custom 3 day meal plan rotation (12 meals total)
3 monthly check ins via email
3 body composition test check ins
One time payment $300 (plus tax)
