Westside is an amazing community of individuals that come together through fitness

Westside Training was established in 2008 by Jenika Gordon who has over 15+years experience as a strength and conditioning coach. Westside has a dedicated team of Coaches with certifications in Personal Training, Weightlifting, CrossFit, and more.

We love our community! Our community is diverse, smart, fun, funny, a bit crazy:), all ages and all levels of fitness. Our youngest client is 13 years old and our oldest client is 75 years old. Our clients come to Westside with no training in weightlifting or sport, to some training with weights and conditioning, or with experienced training.

You do not need any experience to start your fitness journey. It does not matter where you start, it only matters that you start. That is why you got us:) We will teach you all you need to know to move efficiently, effectively and safely so you can progress and see results week to week, and year to year.
