Consult

Our consult allows us to get to know YOU, your goals, your needs and your priorities. You will fill out an intake form beforehand and be asked questions either in person or in a zoom session, so we can better know you as a person and ensure we create a plan that will guide and support you effectively.

Testing and Implementation

We need to find your starting point and we do this with a body composition test. Combining your personal goals and priorities with your body composition results allows us to start implementing a program for you. You will be emailed weekly nutrition and lifestyle goals through our True Coach App.

Check Ins

Check ins happen daily via the true coach app, in addition, to a monthly in person follow up consultation. Here we discuss what is going well, what isn’t going well, as well as re-testing your body composition so we know we are on the right track. Your coach regularly adapts the program based on your true coach updates and in person consults so you continue to see changes weekly.
