Our 60 minute small group classes are led by a certified Westside Coach who ensures you move safely and efficiently so you get your best results! Each class incorporates strength training, functional training, and conditioning.

Want a more personalized session where the workouts are designed  around YOU, your goals and your priorities? We offer 60 minute private training sessions that include nutritional and lifestyle support.  

Individual Program Design

Get your very own individualized program design accustomed to your home gym, office gym or facility. Your personal program includes training, nutrition, and constant support and accountability both inside and outside the gym.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching

One thing we know is that everybody is different and what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another. Our nutrition and lifestyle consultation allow us to develop a plan around your goals and priorities with ongoing support and accountability from your coach.
