Dragon Boat Training

We are excited to offer private training, partner training (2 people), small group training (3-5 people) and group training (up to 12 people) for Dragon Boaters. These 60 minute sessions are led by a certified Westside Coach and focus on you or your groups specific fitness needs. Whether that is building strength, or learning how to lift for the first time, to learning more advanced lifts like the clean and jerk, or simply working on strength balance to decrease overall injury, we will program specifically around your goals so you see progress week to week. All levels of fitness welcome!

How it Works

 

Step 1:

Book a weekly 60 minute time slot. Available times upon request. Please email us!

Step 2:

Let us know if your are interested in private or group training!

Step 3:

Tell us your goals and priorities so we can program the workouts to benefit you and your dragon boat training

Step 4:

$150 per hour (plus tax) for Groups. $100 per hour (plus tax) for private training.

 
  • Your can book 1x, 2x, or 3x sessions weekly. Whatever works best for you!
