Westside Group Classes

WS group classes are the heart of our group training schedule. The WS classes are intentionally programmed so you see results. The WS memberships and training app, along with our fun and supportive community, allow you to track your progress and build consistency in your training weekly so you see continued health and fitness improvements.

Get Started

All new clients begin with Get Started Package before joining WS classes. This includes:

  • 2 private 60 minute sessions with a certified Westside Coach which can be booked at anytime. Email us

  • Learning and practicing the skills needed to enter group classes

  • Conditioning workouts

  • Body composition testing

  • Emailed results and analysis of body composition testing with nutritional tips

  • 2 complimentary classes that can be used once you finish the private sessions

  • Price: $225 plus tax

Class Flow

What to expect in a group class:

  • WS classes incorporate strength training, body weight exercises, metabolic conditioning, structural balance work, and knowledge on healthy lifestyle and behaviour habits.

  • All classes are 60 minutes and run by a certified Westside coach

  • A certified WS Coach will guide and direct you through the hour workout, ensuring you get continued feedback and cues to move well

  • All classes start with a warm up and finish with a cool down

  • Expect to see weekly progress, be supported by knowledgeable coaches, have fun, learn new skills, and train with an amazing community!

Who We Are

Westside has a dedicated team of qualified coaches who are passionate about helping each client reach their health and fitness goals. Westside was established in 2008 by Jenika Gordon who has over 15+ years as a strength and conditioning coach.

We love our community! Our community is diverse, smart, fun, funny, a bit crazy:), all ages and all levels of fitness. Our youngest client is 14 years old and our oldest client is 78 years old. Our clients come to Westside with no training in weightlifting, to some training with weights and conditioning, or with experienced training.

It does not matter where you start, it only matters that you start. That is why you got us! We will teach you all you need to know to move efficiently, effectively, and safely so you can see continued progress weekly.
