How it all works
A HYBRID class is a group fitness workout built around the format of HYROX. The class gives you a very structured, intense full-body workout that will get you fit.
What it looks like:
Running intervals (short distances, often repeated)
Functional workout stations (strength + endurance)
Common workout stations
You will see exercises like:
Sled push & pull
Rowing (on a machine)
Burpee broad jump
Farmer’s carries (holding heavy weights while walking)
Sandbag lunges
Wall balls
These movements are simple but physically demanding—no complicated choreography.
Intensity & vibe
Hybrid classes are:
High-intensity but paced
Focused on endurance + strength combined
Designed so beginners and advanced athletes can train together (weights and reps are scalable)
