How it all works

A HYBRID class is a group fitness workout built around the format of HYROX. The class gives you a very structured, intense full-body workout that will get you fit.

What it looks like:

  • Running intervals (short distances, often repeated)

  • Functional workout stations (strength + endurance)

Common workout stations

You will see exercises like:

  • Sled push & pull

  • Rowing (on a machine)

  • Burpee broad jump

  • Farmer’s carries (holding heavy weights while walking)

  • Sandbag lunges

  • Wall balls

These movements are simple but physically demanding—no complicated choreography.

Intensity & vibe

Hybrid classes are:

  • High-intensity but paced

  • Focused on endurance + strength combined

  • Designed so beginners and advanced athletes can train together (weights and reps are scalable)
