Our 60 minute small group classes are led by a certified Westside Coach . Each class incorporates strength training, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning.

Want a more personalized session where the workouts are designed  around YOU, your goals and your priorities? We offer 60 minute private training sessions that include nutritional and lifestyle support.  

Specialized Classes

All specialized classes led by a certified Westside Coach. All levels of fitness welcome. No membership required. Drop ins welcome.

Nutrition Coaching

One thing we know is that everybody is different and what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another. Our nutrition coaching allows us to develop a plan around your goals and priorities with ongoing support from your coach.
