This is an in person or zoom meeting where a coach gets to know you better and gets familiar with your goals and motivations. We’ll take a detailed look at your lifestyle, sleep schedule, stress levels, nutrition, and current limitations. And of course, we’ll answer any questions you may have. Assessment + Testing

The first 1–2 private sessions we will be assessing your current capabilities, testing how you move, identifying your strengths and limitations, and more—everything needed to design your Individual Program Design. This will be done in person or using the True Coach app at your personal gym. Clients find this time highly educational and beneficial to their training.

Individual Program

After we have completed your testing and learned more about your goals, needs and priorities your coach will design your program. Your Individual Program Design will be emailed to you at the start of every week through the True Coach app. This will include your daily workouts, demo videos, places to record your results to hold you accountable, and give you daily email access to your coach where your workouts will be reviewed weekly. Monthly Check-Ins

We will continue to keep you accountable by booking monthly check ins. These 30-minute phone or zoom check-ins are to review your progress, assess your goals, go over your nutrition progress, and discuss any questions you may have. Adjustments and updates will come from your coach ensuring the program evolves with you weekly, monthly, and yearly.

WITH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMMING YOU WILL:

• Take the uncertainty out of your programming by knowing exactly where you’re headed and what to do next

• Be held accountable by your coach, who will also motivate you and cheer you on 

• Get nutritional guidance as well as support for sleep, stress, and overall health and well-being

• Feel seen and understood as your coach reviews your results and checks in with you regularly

• Enjoy an engaging, challenging program created just for you and to where you train!
