How Personal Training Flows


Consult

Once you have completed the free consult and if you decide to get started with a Westside Coach (no pressure, take your time as we know it’s a big commitment!), you will then book your first paid session with us. This session includes the ASSESSMENT and us digging deeper into your personal WHY for training, the times you have available to train weekly, as well as us understanding more about your lifestyle and nutritional habits. Assessment

In the ASSESSMENT we test how your body moves, your body composition, structural balance, and more. Once the assessment is completed your coach then designs a program for you based on the assessment results and your personal goals. In addition, you will be emailed your body composition results, your health score, how much water you need to drink daily, and many more suggestions on nutritional and lifestyle habits.

Training

Let the fun begin! You will meet weekly with with your coach who will take you through a program designed specifically for YOU. That will keep you moving one step closer to your goals while cheering you on! They will continue to keep you and themselves accountable weekly by re-testing certain movements, body composition, following up on nutritional and lifestyle habits and more. Each session is 60 minutes long and you can book as many sessions as you like weekly.
